Diamond Platnumz’ Ex, Zari Hassan marries her young lover in a private ceremony

Ugandan socialite and reality TV star, Zarinah Hassan, has tied the knot with Shakib Cham Lutaaya, her lover who is 12 years younger than her.

Zari, who has two kids for Tanzanian music star, Diamond Platnumz wedded her younger lover in a private ceremony.

The couple got married in a Muslim wedding ceremony held in a house recently. A clip from the occasion which surfaced online, showed them exchanging their vows in the presence of their friends and family.

This comes months after Zari revealed that she visited Shakib’s parents and they have no problem with him marrying a woman who is 12 years older than him and has five children from previous relationships.

Zari Hassan’s first husband was Ivan Semwanga, a Ugandan-born South African socialite. While their marriage lasted, they were blessed with three sons: Didy, Quincy, and Pinto. When she walked away from the marriage, she said the 12-year-old marriage was toxic and abusive. 

Zari Hassan also dated Diamond Platinumz, seven years younger than her, and their relationship was blessed with two children before the couple yet again broke up. When she announced to her followers on social media, she claimed it was due to “constant” infidelity.
