According to the document obtained by TMZ, Nicole claimed an attorney representing Dre’s alleged girlfriend is trying to delay their depositions until the prenup’s validity is decided.

A few weeks later, Dre agreed to reduce his ex-wife “Nicole” $2 million temporary support payment every month to $293,306.
