I will win with your support – Tinubu

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 general election, has stated that he is confident in his ability to win.

The former governor of Lagos State praised Governor Nasir el-Rufai during a speech at the Kaduna Investment program held at the Arewa Hall in Kaduna, the state capital. He said Nigeria needed a thinker like the governor of Kaduna State.

After the presidency of Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) expires in 2023, according to Tinubu, his administration will make sure that no part of Nigeria’s territory is given over to bandits and armed robbers.

The restoration of peace and security throughout the entire nation would be a top priority for the APC national leader’s administration.

Tinubu said, “I am confidently telling you that I will win with your support, and I know you are very supportive of me. I know that I am at home here in Kaduna.

“We will continue prioritising the restoration of peace and security across all our territory. I assure you, no inch of this country will be ceded to banditry and armed robbery. We will fight it together.

“I am very confident. Under my leadership, the government will emphasise using counterinsurgency as a strategy by our military.

“We will continue to train and equip our gallant forces and security personnel with the resources here and all technology necessary to eliminate crime in our society.

“Nigeria will succeed and grow to prosperity, I assure you. Again, another piece of evidence of confidence.

“I will champion an efficient government that will eliminate revenue leakages across fiscal areas leveraging technology….”
