Manchester Derby: United suffer home defeat to City

Manchester City made light of Manchester United, handing their neighbours a 3-0 defeat in Sunday’s Manchester Derby.

City head into the break with a 1-0 lead, courtesy of Erling Haaland’s 26th-minute penalty.

Less than five minutes after the break, the Norwegian doubled the lead, before English forward, Phil Foden, sealed things off with 10 minutes left to regular time.

Erik Ten Hag’s side has now suffered 5 defeats in 10 league games in the league, so far, and is 8th on the log, while City is third, two points behind leaders, Tottenham and tied on points with second-place, Arsenal.
