PSquare nearly causes a stampede as they shut down Liberia
Nigerian music duo, P-Square was in Liberia, and they’ve got everyone talking after their enthusiastic performance hit the internet.
Peter and Paul Okoye who just reunited back as P-square, packed a Liberian stadium to capacity and the enthusiastic response they received was overwhelming.
In the video posted on social media by Peter Okoye aka Mr. P, fans were seen cheering in their loud voices, jamming to their songs, and chanting their names in the stadium as they charged forward to the stage, almost causing a stampede in the process. It got worse when they threw their shirts at the huge crowd.
Peter Okoye bragged about the amazing fans’ love in the caption of the video where he stated;
“Like we never left! Not just about the music! Forget! We are loved. Thank you beautiful people of Liberia.”
The multiple award-winning duos announced their reunion in November 2021 and went ahead to deliver a stellar performance in their first concert together in years on the 25th of December 2021 at the Live X Spot Festival in Lagos.
