Somebody told him that I had affair with his babe – Shatta Wale opens up on his beef with Burna Boy
Popular Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale has finally opened up on the reason for his lifelong beef with Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Burna Boy.
He said they used to be close friends, but the rift between them started after a former employee told Burna Boy that he (Shatta) slept with his girlfriend.
Speaking during a recent interview on the radio, Shatta Wale expressed his disappointment at Burna Boy, maintaining that Burna Boy should have called him about this since they were good friends; but he was instead telling others and he (shatta wale) also heard about it from other people too.
He said he also tried to find out if anything was wrong, but Burna always dismissed his concerns, only for him to end up complaining to other people who in turn told Shatta Wale.
Shatta Wale said; “Burna Boy heard from one of my guy that I sacked that I slept with his girlfriend. You see he is my G, him for call me.
Him dey tell people things about me and him no dey tell me, but I dey hear am from them. There’s no way I’ve watched Burna and felt some type of way”.
