Tems Addresses Controversial Video with Wizkid at the O2 Arena
Tems has addressed the video that went viral from the O2 Arena on Wednesday after Wizkid tried to lift her on stage in front of the audience.
Wizkid kihis three-day concert at the popular 02 Arena from the 28th of November and held it down till 1st December, with a grand performance.
At the ‘Made in Lagos’your, Big Wiz also invited other Afrobeats A-List artistes to grace the stage with him, one of which is top female singer, Tems. It was on the third day of the O2 Arena show that Wizkid tried to lift Tems on stage in a rather awkward manner, while they performed his Grammy award-nominated track, “Essence.”However, Tems carefully brought down his hands and disengaged from him.
The video immediately went viral and has since accumulated several reactions from social media users. The video was turned into different kinds of memes, implying that Tems sure has her “tems” and conditions which Star boy seem to be unaware of. Others simply said she saved both of them from an impending stage disaster.

However, speaking to her fans during a recent concert, Tems explained that Wizkid is human just like everyone else, and what happened at the O2 Arena doesn’t affect their relationship in any way.
Meanwhile, a female fan, Yvicue who assumed the role of a ‘mother’ in the life of Nigerian singer, Tems took to social media to sternly warn Wizkid not to ever pull this stunt on Tems again.
Yvicue wrote; ‘@Wizkidayo let this be the last time you toch Tems on stage. I didn’t see you rubbing on Burna Biy. Let this be the last time.’
