Toke Makinwa, Ladipo Mary Njoku Etc Joins The List Of Celebrities To Contact Coronavirus.

Looks like the coronavirus is not taking a break off the world as more celebrities seem to have been confirming that they are infected with the virus.
Well, just when we thought there will no longer be a patient affected with coronavirus in Nigeria, because, we have been hearing of fewer persons being affected with the virus, especially our Nigerian celebrities. But guess we have been proven wrong as most of our Nigerian celebrities have come to say that they were infected with the covid19, during this protest.
See the list below;

Toke Makinwa:

Nigerian entrepreneur, OAP, and actress toke Makinwa took to her social media platform, revealing in her recent episode on the moment with Toke. In her words;

“My COVID-19 experience
I have been missing in action for a bit guys, the last two weeks of my life has been pretty tough to handle. I tested positive for COVID-19 and my experience wasn’t great (I mean it’s Covid), shooting this Vlog was a lot as I am not 100 percent yet but I’m hopeful the worst days are behind me. Covid is real guys, there is a second wave of the virus 🦠 in town and it is spreading really fast. I can’t say for sure where I caught it but the worst thing for me was contacting tracing. Having to call people I have been exposed to, to tell them to quarantine and trace people they have also been exposed to, the whole thing is a mess. I share my experience on the Vlog today which is late I know but pls be patient with me, the road to recovery is a lot, I am tired all the time, I have a bit of memory loss and I’m trying to find out what day is what 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Doesn’t help that Nigeria itself has gone through something at this time too. Phewwww!!!! Watch the full video on my YouTube channel, the link is in my bio, and pls subscribe too. Health is the real wealth guys, pls be safe out there. My birthday is in less than a week, I just want to be a 💯 again. Covid is real, wear your mask and wash your hands always. Ok bye ✌️”

Ladipoe

Nigerian rapper Ladipoe, also took to his social media platform on Wednesday, October 28 that he recently received his covid19 test result and it came back positive. He also went on to say that the symptoms of the virus are mild and that he is getting better.

Jason Njoku

The CEO of Iroko tv, Jason Njuko, also took to his Twitter account to say that his enemies are hard at work in 2020, as he and his wife Mary Njoku tested positive for covid19. He said;

“My enemies are hard at work in 2020. Mrs. Njoku and I tested positive for Covid19. I’m not feeling great but Mary is well. Literally no idea how I caught it. . But we shall see this pass too”

Well, with the sudden spread of covid19 amongst these celebrities days after the #endsars protest, would it be right to say that apparently hey contacted the virus from the large crowd at the protest ground? Especially toke and Ladipoe. Or is this just a stunt to trend on social media? And should all the people they’ve come in contact with go run their own covid19 test to know if they are positive as well?
Well, these questions obviously need answers, but then what do you guys think.
