UCL: Real Madrid maintain perfect start

Real Madrid continued their perfect start to the UCL campaign with goals from Rodrygo and Jude Bellingham, as Carlo Ancelotti’s side secured a 2-1 win over Braga.

Rodrygo put the record 14-time winners ahead 16 minutes into the game, before Bellingham, the informed England midfielder doubled the lead after the break.

Shortly after Bellingham’s goal, Alvaro Djalo pulled one back for Braga.

But that was all the host could get out of the game, as Madrid sat at the top of Group C with 9 points from 3 games, followed by second-placed Napoli, who held on to a narrow 1-0 win at Union Berlin and have 6 points from 3 games; Braga are third on the log with three, while Union Berlin are bottom of the table with no points, yet, as they are yet to win a game so far in the campaign.
