Why BBNaija organisers ‘cancelled’ me – Ex-housemate, Ike Onyema
Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ike Onyema has revealed why organizers of the show “canceled” him.
In an Instagram post, when he posted about his new song, ‘Foreign’, Ike said he was sidelined because he refused to bend to the organizer’s rules.
Ike wrote:
“I’m back again. Social media has tried to cancel me so many times since BBN. Africa Magic canceled me because I refused to kiss a$$ now. But I’m happy now to share the music I have been working on for so long.
I haven’t been back home in over three years; chasing this dream, praying to become a success and I refuse to give up.
Guys, don’t let this one flop. Honestly, if this music doesn’t work out it’s back to the streets.”
Ike was romantically involved with one of the winners of the season 4 edition of the BBNaija show, Mercy Eke aka Mercy Lambo. Their relationship was a real buzz until their split.
In an interview with Vanguardlive TV, Ike blamed social media for playing a major role in their breakup.
“I’ve been in a couple of relationships but this one (with Mercy) wasn’t it; having a relationship where people have a million opinions just isn’t it,” he lamented.
However, in June, Ike unveiled a new lover as he also failed to celebrate Mercy on her birthday last month.
