AC Milan clinch first Serie A title in eleven years
AC Milan clinched their first Serie A title 11 years and their 19th, Serie, overall with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Sassuolo.
Olivier Giroud bagged a brace, while Franck Kessie also got on the score sheet, as Milan edged arch city rivals, Inter Milan to the title.
Inter also secured a final day victory with a 3-0 win at Sampdoria as well, but that was not enough to gift them the keenly contested title, as they finished in second place, two points behind Milan.
Napoli finished third, while former defending Champions, Juventus, ended their disappointing season in fourth place.
