Haaland left it late in City’s comeback victory against West Ham

Champions, Manchester City, came from behind to secure a 3-1 win over West Ham, keeping in line with their perfect start to the season.

A 36th-minute header from, James Ward-Prowse, had seen the visitors trail the Hammers at halftime.

A minute after the break, Jeremy Doku, levelled things for the Citizens, before Bernardo Silva, put Pep Guardiola’s men ahead in the 76th minute.

Having missed a handful of chances, it was Erling Haaland, who eventually had the last laugh, as he sealed the victory was a sleek finish, four minutes to stoppage time.
