EPL: Manchester City see off Watford to claim top spot

Manchester City claimed a dominant win over Watford to move top of the Premier League for the first time in the ongoing 2021-22 season.

Raheem Sterling gave the defending champions the lead barely four minutes into the game, City doubled their lead in the 31st minute thanks to, Bernardo Silva.

After the break, the currently in form Silva made it two for the visitors. 

Cucho Hernandez pulled one back for Watford late on, but the damage was already done.
