I found out my marriage was over through YouTube – Actress Stella Damasus
Veteran Nigerian actress, Stella Damasus has to the awe of many disclosed that she was made aware of the end of her marriage to filmmaker, Daniel Ademinokan by YouTube.
Damasus and Ademinokan tied the knot in 2014 but their marriage ended in 2020 after celebrating six anniversaries.
Speaking in an interview with Teju Babyface Oyelakin, the actress revealed that she heard that her marriage of six years had crashed via YouTube.
According to Stella, she did not know her husband had left her until her phone began buzzing with notifications and friends started calling. She disclosed that she then called her daughter and both of them immediately visited YouTube only to see that her marriage has ended with many people insinuating that Karma had caught up with her.
Damasus said that it was after watching a series of videos on the video streaming platform that Ademinokan called her on the phone to announce the end of their marriage.
Speaking further, Stella noted that she and Doris Simon (her colleague whom many people claim Stella Damasus snatched Daniel Ademinokan from as he was previously married to her with a child) are now friends, and their friendship began even before her marriage ended.
Uche Maduagwu who doesn’t waste time in diving into such controversial issues took to the comment section of a popular blog that shared the news to assert that Stella Damasus reaped what she sowed.
