“I hope we don’t loose another life before Paul and Peter Okoye realize it’s their turn to bury the hatchet”- Ayo Animashaun
Music Executive, Ayo Animashaun, has expressed his disappointment, stating that he won’t want death to be a trigger before the former PSquare, Peter and Paul Okoye, settle their differences.
The music executive shared a photo of members of the defunct Platashun Boyz; 2face Idibia, Blackface and Faze, making peace at the Night of Tribute held in honor of singer Sound Sultan in Terra Kulture, Lagos state on Sunday, July 25.
The singers were called upstage and urged to make peace in honor of Sound Sultan who was their bosom friend and colleague. They agreed, made peace, and even performed a song together, years after a prolonged disagreement.
In a recent Instagram post on Animashaun’s page, he pointed out that he hopes it doesn’t take the death of another person for the brothers, Paul and Peter Okoye, to bury the hatchet.
He wrote;
My picture of the month….I hope we don’t loose another life before @iamkingrudy and @peterpsquare realise it’s their turn to bury the hatchet”
Animashaun is not the first to call out the now-defunct Psquare. A lot of people have urged them to settle their differences, especially for the fact that they made good music together when they were a pair.
Actor Uche Maduagwu in a recent post also called them out, telling them to set aside their pride and settle their differences just like Erica and Laycon.
Uche wrote, “Swallow your pride and reconcile like Laycon and Erica. You are both very talented so you have nothing more to prove. In fact both of you are due for Grammy Award but only as Psquare…”
