Lampard makes a losing start on return to Chelsea

Chelsea suffered a 1-0 defeat to Chelsea in Frank Lampard’s first game in charge following his return to the club as a coach.

27 months after being sacked as manager of the club,  the Chelsea Legend was given a loud welcome by the traveling Blues fans at Molineux, as he returned to coach the club till the end of the season as caretaker manager after Graham Potter was sacked.

Matheus Nunes’s first-half rocket was enough to do the damage and hand Chelsea their third successive defeat, and their 11th in the league this season.

The disappointing result leaves the London side 11th on the EPL Log.
