Tinubu Commended Over Victory At Tribunal

President Bola Tinubu has been congratulated on his victory at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.

The commendation was even by the  Adamawa State chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) in a statement on Monday, September 11, stating that Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shetima deserved the victory at the tribunal.

The party’s Publicity Secretary, Mohammed Abdullahi, who signed the statement said the unanimous ruling by the five-person tribunal recognizing the win of the APC and President Tinubu as a validly elected official is further proof of the electorate’s unambiguous will.

The statement read: “With this well-articulated and sound judgment, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu can comfortably focus on delivering the RENEWED HOPE AGENDA that will make life more meaningful for Nigerians.”

The Adamawa APC claimed that President Tinubu has started the process for a better Nigeria by pointing out that excellent reforms encounter short-term difficulties that are readily overcome with patience and resolve to achieve the desired result.

It stated: “As patriotic citizens who are clamouring for a better country in terms of security, infrastructure, economy, accountability, and good governance, let’s support our president with prayers and encouragement to enable him to actualize the RENEWED HOPE AGENDA.”

The opposition was also counselled by the party to accept the president’s hand of friendship and work with him to advance the nation.

“The Adamawa APC thanked the president for the appointment of people from the state, including Malam Nuhu Ribadu as NSA, Prof. Tahir Mamman as Minister of Education; Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub as DG/CEO of DTAC and Hon Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas as NDDC member representing North East Zone,” the statement added.
