Kanye West Allegedly Refuses To Sign Document To Declare Ex-Wife Kim Kardashian ‘Legally Single’
American recording artist, Kanye West has reportedly refused to sign the document that grants and legally recognizes his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian as single.
In December 2021, Kim submitted court filings, requesting that matters of child custody and property be separated from her married status. She also requested that her maiden name be restored. Kim requested the court to declare her legally single.
It’s been months since Kim filed documents in court yet her request has not been granted and it’s been alleged that her estranged partner, Kanye West is at the center of the delay.
An insider told E! News:
“Kim is still trying to get the ‘married’ status dissolved to ‘single’ before they finalize the divorce, but Ye has yet to sign.
Moving this divorce along isn’t something he’s acting quickly on, despite Kim’s efforts.”
Meanwhile, amidst the pending divorce with Ye, Kim Kardashian is dating comic star, Pete Davidson as he Publicly called Kim Kardashian ‘My Girlfriend’ For The First Time.
Davidson said;
“I don’t have Instagram or Twitter or any of that stuff. So, most of my daily life is getting into cars and showing up to a set.
Or, if I’m off, I just either hang with my friends or chill with my girlfriend inside. So I don’t do much.”
