Manchester City completely outplayed Arsenal to close up the gap between both teams at the top with an emphatic 4-1 win at the Etihad.
The defending Champions were the better side throughout the game, heading into the break with a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Kevin de Bruyne and John Stones.
After the break, de Bruyne got a double to take. the deficit to 2-0, before Rob Holding pulled one back for the visitors.
But even the consolation goal was canceled as free-scoring Erling Haaland struck home City’s fourth goal late on, just moments after he let down his hair.
Arsenal’s quest for the title is on the wire as the defeat leaves them two points ahead of City who have two outstanding games.
The Gunners play host to Chelsea in their next game, while City will be up against Fulham.
